Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped within 15 business days at the latest after payment is confirmed.
Shipments are made to Sakarya, Izmit and Istanbul regions via transportation vehicles; and to other provinces via bus terminals.
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company and your delivery address.
There is no cargo departure on weekends and public holidays.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped from the Order Tracking section.
You can return the product within 14 days after receipt.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or special order products.

Return Process
Return Request: Contact us with your order number.
Shipment of the Product: After receiving approval, send the product along with the invoice via our cargo company.
Inspection: After the product reaches us, it is inspected within 3 business days.
Refund Approval: Once approved, your payment will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made or personalized products.
Used or damaged products.
Promotional or discounted products (Special return conditions may apply).
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 6502, the consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless otherwise stated).
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a missing, incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours.
